Registration is OPEN!! Be a 2025 Traveling Wave!!

Practice schedule (see Practices for specific age group times)

  • Morning practices: June 23 - July 17 from 7:30 - 9 am, Rockville
  • Afternoon practices: May 27 - July 17 from 7:45 - 9 pm, Fallsmead (7:30-9 pm once school ends)
  • Time trials: 8 am, June 8, Rockshire
  • Special 8&u practice: 8 am, June 1, Rockshire

(Look for pep rallies to be gatherings on the front lawn!)

Don't have a swimmer but want to support the team? Stop by a meet and cheer the team on, or have your business  sponsor us.
